Reviewing the NatureHike Compact Camping Stove

Reviewing the NatureHike Compact Camping Stove

Hi Guys,  At the weekend, Joe, Wendy and I shot off to Postbridge in Dartmoor National Park, for a bit of a short and sharp getaway - throw up the tents, roll out some sleeping bags and trek about in the great outdoors.  With a nice weather forecast and a very scenic location beside the River Dart, we had a grand old time.  But, enough about all that (check out Facebook, Instagram and all the other book/gram locations for photos). Today, I wanted to talk to you about our compact camping stove!  It's a great little burner! Compact, with folding...

Reviewing the NatureHike Double Sleeping Bag

Reviewing the NatureHike Double Sleeping Bag

Hi Guys,  Couple of weeks ago, the All Four Outdoors crew set off for a weekend away at Snowdonia in Wales with a group of friends (check out the subsequent videos at Youtube).    While we were there, Wendy and I camped in the NatureHike 2 Man Ultralight Silicone Tent (which we've already reviewed here). What we slept in however was a totally different kettle of fish! With my friend Stephen borrowing my NatureHike D280 Down Filled Winter sleeping bag (which he loved), Wendy and I snuggled down in the NatureHike Double Sleeping Bag with an Ultralight bag thrown over the top....

Winter Camping & Hiking Essentials

Winter Camping & Hiking Essentials

So, you're looking to head out and hit the moors, cross the rivers and walk the shores. But, it's winter...  Always puts a little dampener on things right? Arcteryx Altra 65 Backpack versus the NatureHike 70L Ergonomic Hiking Pack - Brand name or budget?

Hi Guys,  Today we'll be comparing the pros and cons of the Arcteryx Altra 65 and the NatureHike 70L Ergonomic Hiking Pack. Coming in at different ends of the Hiking and Camping price spectrum, the Arcteryx is by far the pricier of the pair at £300 while the NatureHike comes in at a more reasonable £89 (at All Four Outdoors).  Is it David versus Goliath? We'll let you decide...  To walk you through the two, the Arcteryx comes in with all the bells and whistles, the pivoting waist belt allowing easier manoeuvrability in rough terrain, the Composite Construction C2 rear suspension system...

Reviewing the NatureHike 2 Man Ultralight Silicone Tent - 10th & 11th December 2016

Hi Guys, We were happy to receive a pretty satisfied review from one of our customers, Doc Nurse, the other day (see Doc's tent review here) and his one reservation was the fact that he didn't get the chance to see how the tent handled in rainy weather. Now anyone who lives in or around Devon knows that last Saturday afternoon and evening was more than a little damp! So, to address Doc's reservations, we decided, "what the heck, let's go camping!" Grabbing the pooch, a sleeping bag and a few bits and bobs, we set off for Postbridge - Dartmoor...
