All products marked with "1 Year Factory Warranty - conditions apply" come with a 1 year warranty from date of receipt. The items are only refundable due to manufacturer fault, and refunds shall be processed at the discretion of the store owners. All faulty items must be photographed prior to a claim being made and the return of goods to the store is the purchasers responsibility after initial approval of the claim. On receipt of the items and validation of the claims validity, the cost of freight (for off peak/economy freight only) will be credited to the customer in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
